But Anabolic Iso+Hydro is more than just protein. It contains extras such as the maca extract, or even ZMB6 extract with zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. Zinc helps maintain normal blood testosterone levels***. Magnesium plays a role in normal protein synthesis*** and vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity***. Not to mention the 3.4g of creatine monohydrate per serving, which in such quantities enhances physical performance during short bursts of high-intensity exercise***.

The Anabolic Iso+Hydro instant whey complex is also worth a mention: it consists of whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey isolate, both common ingredients in whey protein formulations. Recommended use

Mix 1 serving (27g=3/4 scoops) of Anabolic Iso+Hydro powder per day with 250ml cold water. On training days, take one serving after training. On rest days, take one dose at any time during the day.
